Oregon Part 1

We're back, we had such a great time!  The kids behaved better than I could have ever imagined on the plane and adjusted so well to the time change - they were troopers!

We really soaked in time with the family and took the kids to some fun places while we were there.  The kids had a blast with all of the family and had a great time playing with their cousins or as E would call them, her "nephews".

Here are some pics of our trip, I am going to break the trip up in a couple of posts so I don't make you crazy with too many pictures.

Watching Rio on the plane

It's so relaxing in Oregon most mornings we woke up, we drank coffee and went outside.  The kids loved playing in the yard (JZs uncle has 2 acres of land).  They have tons of fruit trees, vegetables and have a chicken coup.  It was nice for the kids to be able to experience that - they loved every minute of it.

Pumpkins!

Jonah loved this parked boat

The day after we got in we went to the dam to see Salmon coming into the river and we also got to feed some fish.  It was such a gorgeous day.

Feeding the fish

After seeing the fish we stopped by Multnomah falls - a gorgeous waterfall.  I've been there on other visits to Oregon and I never get tired of seeing it.  You can also hike all of the way to the top, which we've done before, the view from the top is amazing!

Oregon is such a gorgeous place, I'd love to move there one day!  I'll finish our vacation recap next week.

Have a great day everyone!
