The Golden Vlog

Well, after months of persuasion Nina has won over and I have done my first vlog!  I have always loved when bloggers make vlogs because I feel like I'm able to get to know them on a different level and hear their voice; I just never thought that I'd actually do one.  I'm so shy in front of the camera and so doing this was me stepping out of my comfort zone in a huge way.

I apologize for any times I said "um" or "ah".... and a confession:  I only put some makeup and cute shirt on for the vlog... what you didn't see were my yoga pants and house slippers that I also had on haha.

Here it is... please be kind ;)

So... did you agree with anything I said?  Did my voice sound the way you envisioned?

Thanks for joining in, we loved having you. I agree with you about the mixing patterns! I think we will all regret this later. Lol! Yes, Everything about the 80's so try! Your answer to the last question was so good. :)

Good job on your first vlog! :) I've loved mixing patterns almost my entire life so I love this trend and will probably keep doing it even when it's not trendy anymore. :)

Just finished watching you. You did a fine job and no you didn't talk fast at all. I TALK FAST so I know what that means. You are very brave and glad to hear a voice, place a face when I am blogging you, instagramming, etc. Well done!

This was so awesome! You have some guts I tried to make a v log a few years ago and I hated the way I sounded and my answers so I never posted it! You did such a good job and were a natural in front of the camera. It was so great being able to put a voice with your face. Great answers too! I've always been envious of people who have dimples so I'm super jealous of yours!

I really enjoy vlogs. It does allow you to get to know bloggers on a different level. I follow a lot of YouTubers and often tell Jason that I wish I could be brave enough to vlog someday! So far our Disney YouTube channel (Eat Sleep Dis Repeat) is the only time I've been involved in any sort of video - but that's Disney, not staring into a camera ;) lol. All that to say I admire your courage to step out in this new way, adorable dimples and all! ;) You did a terrific job, Amanda! Enjoyed your Q&A, hearing your voice, and getting to know you a little better, sweet friend!!

You are too sweet! I'm over here from the linkup (finally getting around to watching all the videos!) and I'm a new reader. You're such a natural at vlogging. You should do it more. :) I agree with just about everything you said, honestly. I have one dimple and it's my favorite feature about myself!
