Weekend Shenanigans!

Happy Monday morning dolls!  I hope you had a great weekend!  Ours was good.  On Friday my mother-in-law, E and I went to David's Bridal to find some shoes and a head piece for E since she's the flower girl in my brother-in-law's wedding.  Of course my girly-girl wants to go all out and even requested a veil for her dress.  I got her a veil that attaches with a comb so it can just be inserted in any hair style and then taken out once she gets sick of it.  I'm so excited for this wedding so I can see my precious babies walk down the aisle.  I know I'm partial, but she's going to be the cutest flower girl ever!

Saturday my mom stayed with the kids and JZ and I went out for lunch together.  We went to a local burger place called Shenanigans.  The burger and fries were SO good and it was nice to spend time together sans kids.  We were sat next to a couple with two small kids like us, so we heard "mommy, mommy" "I have to go potty" "I want ketchup" a lot and chuckled to ourselves.  As much as we love being with the kids, we were happy that we had a moment to hang out the two of us.  Once we got home I cleaned a bit, which felt nice.  It's weird, because one day my house will feel clean to me and then the next day I think "oh this house is gross and needs a good scrub!".  It was one of those days for me!

Yesterday JZ was on shift.  The kids and I had a very relaxing morning. In the afternoon, my mother-in-law came over so that I can run a few errands.  Then when I got home we went to some friends house for dinner.  We came back home early enough so the kids could be in bed at a decent time and I could write this post and watch the Kardashians ;)

I took this picture yesterday... love them!
