Easy 10 Minute Workouts + A Giveaway!

Something that I'm not good at is exercising.  I don't know why, but it has never appealed to me... actually I do know why -  I'm just plain lazy, don't know where to begin and the fact that I am "skinny" doesn't help because I don't really have any motivation.   I do know that in order to be healthy I should do some form of exercising, I just can't rely on red wine to help my heart ;)



While on Parenting.com I came across a few easy workouts that only take 10 min and would be perfect for a busy mom or for those (like me) that are working out amateurs.  I think that doing them would be a great starting point and get you in the mindset of taking out a few minutes a day for yourself to feel better, more invigorated and ultimately do something that's good for your body.  I'm really going to try to implement some of these exercises... who's with me?!

I've never enjoyed working out either!! I've gone in spurts of working out, but I've always stopped because I just don't enjoy it. My hubby, on the other hand, has always enjoyed very regularly working out. However, since signing up for the bikini series with the tone it up girls, I'm LOVING working out! Seriously! I actually look forward to my workout times each day! I'm actually planning a post about it next week, so I'll end my ridiculously long comment. :) So happy to be doing this giveaway with you!
