This Summer my makeup has been more of the barely there glowy look. I love this look because it doesn't feel or look heavy - and seriously the less of anything you can have on in this heat the better! I've also stepped out of my comfort zone a bit and tried some new things.
Here's what I've been loving the past few months:
Essie's Chillato - I've spoken about this color before - I'm obsessed! It's the perfect summer shade, it's light, bright and such a unique shade.
Pantene Blow Out Extend Dry Shampoo - I'm new to the dry shampoo club so I don't have anything to compare this to, but I do know that it doesn't show any powder and it smells heavenly - this has been helping me out a lot in between washes and does extend your blow out, my hair also instantly feels cleaner.
Tarte Lights Camera Lashes - I usually use Maybelline Falsies mascara, but I got this one in an Ipsy bag and I've been loving it - although this is 3 times the price of the Maybelline one that I use... It gives me the look of thick long lashes and the applicator is great! I'll be sure to pick this up when I go to Sephora.
MAC Studio Finish Concealer - I recently switched back to this concealer after using Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer for a long time. Nothing beats the coverage of this concealer. It can be a little thick, so I put it on right after I moisturize my face and it goes on perfectly.

Pixi Bronzer in Summertime - this baby is what has been giving me that glowing look this Summer. I have been using it on it's own as a blush and I love the subtle glow it gives me. This for sure has been my go to product almost every day this Summer.

You are right, the Essie nailpolish is the perfect summer shade. I'll have to snap it up! I love Tarte cosmetics, such a great company policy and great products.
I love Essie nail polishes! Do you use their top coat? It lasts for me as long as gel manicures last! I have the color Limo-scene and it's also the perfect light white-ish, slight pink tint. Perfect for summer too :)
I got the Tart mascara as a free gift once and loved it! I always forget to buy it--thanks for the reminder :)

I'll have to check out that dry shampoo!!! I love dry shampoo and have tried a few different kinds, but a lot of them smell pretty chemically, so interested that you think that one smells good!

I purchased the Tarte Lights Camera Lashes mascara after receiving it in my ipsy bag too. I love it! I'm allergic to a lot of the cheap drug store mascaras, so I was happy to find this one that doesn't irritate my eyes at all.

I tried to find that color at the nail salon yesterday and they didn't have it, boo! It looks SO good on you! I may need to just splurge and buy the bottle. I have to try that concealer - these kids have been giving me the worst dark circles of my life this Summer with their middle of the night parties!

Oooh I will have to check out that dry shampoo! I tried one from Big Sexy Hair that wasn't so great, and more recently one from Batiste that's pretty good.
I'm a sucker for mascara- it's the one beauty product I'll pay more for if I feel like it rocks. I might have to try that one out! ;)

I love that essie shade – I really want to try that, something different for me. I got a tarte mascara sample when I replaced my eyelash curler and I’ve been loving using it until I have time to get out and get a refill of my usual.
I love chilatto!! And I would die without dry shampoo... but that's because my hair turns into a grease ball after like 2 days haha :)
I'm in need of a new concealer so I might need to try that one! Love that essie color too for summer
I'll have to try those first two!! I just started a tube of the tarte mascara and love it. I just wish it was waterproof! I want to try a bronzer - I just added a highlighter to my routine.
I'm going to have to try out the pantene dry shampoo... I use a really expensive one right now but I go through it so quickly so I want to find a cheaper alternative! :)
